CHORAL CONNECT

Come sing with us! This weekly choral ensemble will foster an atmosphere of community, acceptance, and teamwork in which members can discover their voices and express themselves through music. We will learn how to sing in a group setting, have fun performing traditional and modern songs, and develop in our members a sense of pride, confidence and the potential to contribute to the world.

Ages:  For teens and adults ages 16 and up.
Dates:  8 Week Session; Sept 19, Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, Nov 14, 21, 28, 2017
Time:  Tuesdays, 6:00-6:45PM
Fee:  $40 per participant
Location:  West Windsor Senior Center Double Classroom (no class 9/26, 10/31 & 11/7)

DANCE AEROBICS

This class provides a low-impact workout as you dance and jive to contemporary tunes. Program also includes toning and stretching.

ADAPTED YOGA

Yoga is a great form of exercise – the poses emphasize coordination, flexibility, strength, and good posture, while increasing concentration and body awareness. For teens and adults ages 13 and up. Please bring a yoga mat to class.

ADAPTED TAI CHI

Tai Chi is known for its calming influence on the body and mind. Focus and concentration are enhanced by the fluid, gentle movements that increase range of motion, increase general body flexibility and strengthen the muscles. Tai Chi movements bring greater body awareness and increased coordination.
